New York, United States, March 2025 – Jenny Killeen has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at AEA Investors, where she will lead the firm’s global human capital strategy, talent management, and organizational development initiatives. With a career spanning over two decades in human resources leadership within the financial sector, Jenny brings extensive experience in HR strategy, talent acquisition, and leadership development to AEA Investors.
Prior to joining AEA Investors, Jenny served as Managing Director, Head of Human Resources at Cowen Inc., where she led the human capital strategy for a publicly traded investment bank, managing a workforce of over 1,600 employees across 20 offices in seven countries.
Before that, she was Managing Director, Head of Human Capital at BDT & MSD Partners, where she oversaw HR and facilities management for Michael Dell’s family office (MSD Capital) and MSD Partners, a registered investment adviser.
Previously, Jenny held key HR leadership roles at Pine River Capital Management, where she navigated both growth and contraction phases as Managing Director, Head of Human Resources, and at Plural Investments, LLC, where she established the firm’s Human Capital function. She began her career in human resources at Merrill Lynch, working across New York and London for more than ten years.
