Gurgaon, Haryana, India, March 2025 – Reeti Dubey has been appointed as the Head of HR, Google Operations Center, India, where she will lead human resources strategy, talent management, and workforce development for Google’s customer and advertiser support operations. With an extensive career spanning nearly two decades in HR leadership, Reeti brings expertise in HR consulting, diversity & inclusion, organizational design, and talent acquisition to her new role.
Prior to joining Google Operations Center, Reeti spent nearly 18 years at NatWest Group, where she held multiple leadership roles, including Senior Director – HR Business Partner, Director – HR Consulting, and Vice President – HR Strategy. She played a pivotal role in shaping HR strategy, employee engagement, and organizational transformation, overseeing HR initiatives for customer franchises, financial crime, and fraud prevention operations in India. She also led Diversity & Inclusion programs, driving inclusive workplace policies and cultural change.
Earlier in her career, Reeti worked at Tech Mahindra and Gi Group, gaining experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and HR consulting. She also operated as a freelance consultant, supporting hiring strategies for major global firms such as EDS (now HP), Perot Systems (now Dell), and RBS. With a PGDBA in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis, Pune, Reeti’s deep understanding of HR strategy, people development, and workforce planning will be instrumental in enhancing the employee experience at Google Operations Center.
