Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, May 2026 — Pramod M V has been promoted to the role of Senior Director – Talent Acquisition at LTM, strengthening the company’s leadership in early career engagement, university relations, and talent acquisition strategy.
Pramod has been associated with LTM for nearly four years. Prior to this elevation, he served as Director – University Liaison and Early Career Engagement, where he led initiatives focused on inclusive recruitment programs, university collaborations, campus-to-corporate engagement models, and entry-level workforce strategy. He also played a key role in positioning the organization as an employer of choice across partner institutions through faculty enrichment programs, ideathons, curriculum collaborations, alumni engagement, and skill development initiatives.
Before joining LTM, Pramod worked with Capgemini as Program Manager – University Relations & Hiring, where he spearheaded Pan-India graduate recruitment, B-school hiring, alternative talent recruitment programs, and large-scale entry-level hiring initiatives. He collaborated with leadership teams, HR business partners, and workforce management functions to strengthen campus hiring and talent transformation programs.
Earlier, he spent more than 11 years with Infosys as Practice Lead – Talent Acquisition, managing high-volume fresher hiring programs, off-campus recruitment initiatives, internship programs, coding talent recruitment from premier institutes, and digital skills partnerships with academia. During his tenure, he also contributed to flagship initiatives such as HackWithInfy and the InfyTQ Certification Program.
His earlier experience includes nearly six years with Infosys BPM as Associate Lead – BPHR, where he managed employee relations, HR policies, performance management, and strategic HR activities supporting business operations.
