With over two decades of experience in HR leadership, Prashant will be responsible for driving talent management, employee engagement, and HR transformation initiatives at MaxVal.
Before joining MaxVal, Prashant served as Deputy General Manager – Global HR Operations at Vodafone, where he managed HR shared services for multiple countries, including the UK, Ireland, India, and South Africa. His expertise in HR operations, talent management, and SAP SuccessFactors implementation played a critical role in streamlining global HR processes.
Earlier, Prashant was the Director & India HR Head – People and Academy at Tecnotree Corporation, where he led HR transformation, digital initiatives, and employer branding efforts. He also held key HR leadership roles at BTVI, Diaspark Inc., and ESPN, focusing on business-aligned HR strategies, performance-driven cultures, and leadership development programs.
With a strong background in HR business partnering, global talent acquisition, and strategic human resource leadership, Prashant’s appointment at MaxVal Group is expected to enhance HR functions, foster a high-performance culture, and drive workforce innovation.
