Bringing over 20 years of HR leadership experience across global organizations, Sharmilaa will be responsible for strengthening employee engagement, talent strategies, and organizational culture at SitusAMC.
Before joining SitusAMC, Sharmilaa served in an advisory role at PepsiCo, where she contributed to key strategic HR initiatives and transformation projects. Prior to that, she was the HR Leader and Head of Human Capital at Bureau Veritas Group Consumer Products Services, where she led global HR transformations, diversity initiatives, and leadership development programs, driving employee experience and cultural change across multiple geographies.
Her career includes senior HR leadership roles at PepsiCo and Assigncorp, where she played a pivotal role in HR strategy, change management, and talent development. At Assigncorp, she was instrumental in building HR policies, implementing performance management systems, and enhancing workforce planning. She also held HR leadership positions at HP and Cincom Systems, where she developed and executed HR strategies across workforce engagement, employee retention, and compensation management.
With her extensive expertise in people and culture, organizational development, and strategic HR leadership, Sharmilaa is set to drive HR transformation at SitusAMC, aligning HR policies with business goals to foster a high-performance work environment.
