Gurugram, Haryana, India, March 2025 – Meenal Dagar has been appointed as Chief Learning Officer, Preschool Division at GD Goenka Group. In this role, she will be responsible for shaping early childhood education strategies, implementing innovative learning methodologies, and ensuring alignment with the National Education Policy to enhance foundational literacy and numeracy.
Prior to joining GD Goenka Group, Meenal Dagar was part of the Advanced Early Childhood Education Program at Klay Preschools and Daycare, where she specialized in early childhood education, pedagogical cycles, and child brain science. Her expertise in curriculum development and educational psychology played a crucial role in enhancing preschool learning frameworks.
Before that, she spent two years at DG Bevan Insurance in Toronto as a Personal Lines Broker, where she honed her account management and client engagement skills. Earlier, she worked as an Insurance Advisor at BrokerLink, strengthening her ability to manage relationships and business development strategies.
Her professional journey also includes experience in business development and marketing, having worked at CONTEX and AppStudio Inc. in Canada, where she contributed to sales prospecting, CRM management, and digital marketing initiatives.
Meenal Dagar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Vancouver Island University, where she specialized in Marketing Research, Digital Marketing, Customer Relationship Marketing, Advertising & Media, and Strategic Sales Management. She also earned a Master of Science (MS) in International Management from University of Hertfordshire, further strengthening her expertise in global business strategies and management principles.
