Duncan brings a wealth of experience across business services, including consulting, safety, engineering, and technical services, positioning him to lead SPL’s next chapter of innovation and growth.
Duncan previously served as CEO of SEAM Group, where he led significant growth, helping create an industry-leading platform that culminated in its acquisition by ABB Inc. Prior to that, he scaled and sold occupational safety consulting firm BST to DEKRA, later managing global safety consulting, lab testing, and technical advisory services.

With deep expertise in safety and technical services, Duncan’s leadership aligns with SPL’s mission to deliver best-in-class laboratory, metrology, and data management services.
