Prior to joining interface.ai, Sean was Managing Director at Rocket (getrocket.com) for over a year, where he led the firm’s data-driven recruitment strategies across various industries including fintech, e-commerce, and healthcare. Under his leadership, Rocket successfully delivered top-tier talent to major clients such as Amazon, Coinbase, Robinhood, and PayPal.

Before that, Sean founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of DevTalent, a tech recruitment firm where he scaled the business from inception to over $5 million in revenue. Over the course of more than three years, he built and led a high-performing team, drove hundreds of successful placements, and forged partnerships with more than 100 clients across North America.
Earlier in his career, Sean held roles in enterprise sales and account management at Ada Inc., Clearbridge Mobile, and Salesforce, where he consistently exceeded targets and closed high-value deals with major clients. His early sales and recruitment experience at organizations like Online Trading Academy and Questrade further cemented his foundation in building relationships and delivering strategic value.
