Tring, England, United Kingdom, March 2025 – Stacy Schapira has been officially appointed as the Chief People Officer at Huel, following a successful tenure in the role on an interim basis. In her new capacity, Stacy will lead the company’s global people strategy, including talent development, organizational culture, HR transformation, and employee engagement—aligning closely with Huel’s purpose-driven and sustainability-focused mission.
Stacy joined Huel in November 2024 as Interim Chief People Officer, where she began shaping strategic priorities across the people function and delivering foundational changes to support Huel’s continued global growth. Her leadership and impact during this interim period earned her the permanent position as the top HR executive.
Prior to joining Huel, Stacy served as Warner People Director at Warner Leisure Hotels, where she led HR, recruitment, learning & development, and internal communications across a 4,000-strong workforce. During her more than three-year tenure, she successfully implemented a people-first strategy that improved talent acquisition, reduced attrition, and strengthened engagement across the group’s hotel network.
Earlier in her career, she served as U.K. People Director at Caffè Nero, driving key people initiatives such as performance management technology rollouts, compensation programs, and reorganization of HR teams into strategic business partners. Stacy also had a distinguished 11-year run with the Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group, where she rose from HR Advisor to Chief People Officer, spearheading leadership development, international expansion support, and talent transformation across the organization.
Stacy’s HR journey began with impactful advisory roles at Sony BMG Music, MTV Networks, and Advantage Business Solutions, where she focused on talent development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
