In her new position, Briony will oversee the full people agenda at ScorePlay, driving talent strategy, organizational development, and a thriving culture to support the company’s growth in the sports tech space.
Before joining ScorePlay, Briony spent over six years at Tillo, where she held several leadership roles including Global Head of Talent, VP of People, and Head of People. She was instrumental in shaping Tillo’s talent acquisition strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and embedding DEIB practices across the business.
Previously, she served as Talent Manager at Natives Group, following her role as Recruitment and People Lead at Net Natives, where she built strong foundations in talent development and recruitment strategy within creative and marketing environments.
Her earlier HR journey includes roles such as Head of People Services at Rittman Mead, HR Project Consultant at The Disabilities Trust, and senior recruiting positions at Wisdom Recruitment Services Ltd and First Recruitment Services, where she developed her passion for connecting people strategies with business outcomes across various sectors.
