Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India, March 2025 – Santosh Rudrawar has stepped into the role of Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Sanjay Ghodawat Group (SGG). With a career spanning over two decades in HR leadership, Santosh will now spearhead SGG’s people strategy across its diverse business verticals including Aviation, Consumer Products, Education, Energy, Realty, and Retail.
Before joining Sanjay Ghodawat Group, Santosh served as a Strategic Advisor to firms in the Infrastructure, Auto Ancillary, and Agro sectors, where he played a pivotal role in aligning HR strategy with business transformation initiatives.

His prior stint at Aliaxis and Ashirvad by Aliaxis saw him rise to the Global HR and CHRO roles, respectively, where he led multiple digital and cultural transformation programs and was awarded ‘HR Leader of the Year’ by Economic Times Human Capital Awards and White Page International in 2021.
Earlier in his career, he held the position of Assistant General Manager – HR at Larsen & Toubro, where he provided strategic HR leadership across 24 territories. He also held senior HR roles at Spicer India, IAI Industries, and Aptech, where he demonstrated a consistent ability to align people initiatives with business outcomes.
