Gurugram, Haryana, India, April 2025 – Arti Raghava has joined DLF Hospitality as the Vice President Human Resources, marking a significant milestone in her distinguished career in HR leadership across the hospitality and aviation sectors. In this strategic leadership role, Arti will oversee people strategy across DLF Hospitality’s luxury portfolio, driving innovation in employee engagement, culture building, and organizational development.
Prior to joining DLF Hospitality, Arti served as the HR Business Partner for India and Bangladesh at Emirates, where she led workforce strategy and operations for the region, focusing on employee experience and organizational effectiveness across locations.

Her long-standing tenure at Marriott International, spanning over 13 years, saw her grow through several leadership positions. Most recently, she was Area Director Human Resources for North India, Bhutan & Nepal, where she directed HR operations for more than 30 hotels. She also served as Director of HR Projects – India & South Asia, leading initiatives across 100+ hotels, including diversity and inclusion, compliance, and talent development. Earlier, as Director of Human Resources at JW Marriott Bengaluru, she played a critical role in the hotel’s pre-opening and HR strategy execution.
Arti’s earlier stints include leadership roles at Park Plaza Gurgaon and Clarion Hotel (New Delhi), where she was instrumental in setting up HR frameworks and training programs.
