Namita Patwari joins Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited as Chief Human Resource Officer.

With a rich background that spans over a decade, Patwari brings a wealth of experience to Alembic Pharmaceuticals. Her tenure at DHL eCommerce as the Head of Human Resources Development was marked by numerous accomplishments, including strategic talent development during the pandemic, the introduction of a meritocratic performance-driven philosophy, and the implementation of a new compensation structure for the senior management team.
Prior to her impactful role at DHL eCommerce, Patwari held the position of Head of Human Resources at DSV – Global Transport and Logistics, where she was instrumental in designing and implementing various HR policies, talent acquisition, and development initiatives, as well as spearheading HR business partnering. Her career also includes significant stints at Batlivala & Karani Securities India Pvt. Ltd., where she served as Head HR, and Ventura Securities Ltd, where she successfully set up the HR department from scratch.
