London, England, United Kingdom, April 2025 – Akhilesh Nair has joined NTT DATA, Inc. as the Global Head of Talent Supply and People & Culture (P&C) Delivery, where he will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives across workforce management, talent acquisition, and global P&C shared services and operations. Based in London, Akhilesh will play a critical role in advancing the employee experience across the $18 billion, 150,000-employee global enterprise.
Before joining NTT DATA, Akhilesh Nair was a Partner at Talent Group Partners, where he drove HR transformation programs, coached HR tech disruptors, and advised stealth-mode startups and boards. His focus was on helping multi-billion-dollar enterprises unlock disproportionate value through innovative people strategies.
He previously served for nearly two decades at Genpact, culminating as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. In that role, he led global employee engagement, strategic talent initiatives, and virtual workforce readiness. He held several key positions during his tenure, including Global Head of Recruitment, Executive Recruitment, and Business HR for Sales and Marketing, as well as overseeing HR operations across Europe.
Earlier in his career, Akhilesh held operational and HR leadership roles at moneyNmore, Convergys, and Ajaxdotcom, building a solid foundation in business transformation, IT operations, and talent management across geographies including India, Romania, and the United Kingdom.
Akhilesh holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Bangalore University and has completed the prestigious CHRO Program at Wharton Executive Education, strengthening his global HR leadership capabilities.
