Kyiv, Ukraine, April 2025 – Svitlana Herashchenko has been appointed as Head of Talent Acquisition at Innovecs, a global digital services company operating across 11 countries with expertise in Supply Chain, Healthtech, Collaboration Tech, and Gaming. In her new role, she will lead global hiring strategies, oversee full-cycle recruitment, and elevate the employer brand while managing a high-performing international team.
Prior to Innovecs, Svitlana Herashchenko served as Talent Acquisition Partner at Wix, where she developed sourcing strategies and led recruitment operations in Ukraine and Poland. She also contributed to global hiring process efficiency and enhanced the overall candidate experience in a high-growth environment.
Before Wix, she was R&D Recruitment Lead at Ajax Systems, where she led a team of eight, set up Lever ATS, collaborated with top managers on staffing strategies, and filled key technical roles that supported rapid innovation and business expansion.
Previously, at Astound Commerce, she held the roles of Talent Acquisition Lead and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, managing recruitment teams across multiple countries. She spearheaded improvements in recruitment operations, implemented ATS platforms, and built hiring analytics dashboards to streamline processes.
Earlier in her career, she gained foundational experience as an HR Generalist and Recruiter at DEC, Avant Family Club, and other education and tech-related organizations, demonstrating a versatile background in full-cycle recruitment, training, and talent development.
