Singapore, April 2025 – Padmashree Santosh has been elevated to Senior Vice President & Global Head of Learning, DEIB, Early Careers and Organisation Effectiveness at Olam Agri, marking a significant milestone in her distinguished career. In her expanded role, Padmashree will continue leading the organization’s global people transformation efforts across learning, diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging (DEIB), early careers, and organizational effectiveness.
Over the past two years at Olam Agri, Padmashree has served as Vice President & Global Head in the same domains. She spearheaded a 20-member global team to build comprehensive capability frameworks, embed DEIB across processes, and shape a performance-oriented culture aligned with Olam Agri’s evolving business model. She was instrumental in embedding purpose, values, and cultural tenets that guide the organization’s transformation toward its 2030 people vision.
Previously, she was Executive Director – Global Head of Talent Management at Standard Chartered, where she designed talent strategies impacting 87,000 employees across 70 countries. She led global succession planning and launched impactful initiatives such as Talent to Value and IOP, significantly strengthening strategic workforce planning.
Before that, at Dyson, she held the role of Global Head of Talent Management (RDD) and led performance culture development and career architecture. Her earlier tenure at Merck Group, General Mills, Tata AIG, and Pfizer further reflects her broad expertise across L&D, organization development, and HR strategy across APAC and global markets.
