Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, United States, April 2025 – Joe A. has stepped into the role of Global Head of People, Business Services Organization (BSO) at CBRE, marking a strategic elevation in his impactful journey within the firm. In this global role, Joe will lead people strategy and programs across CBRE’s BSO, providing executive counsel and driving initiatives to align HR delivery with the company’s expansive business goals.
Joe has been with CBRE for two years, most recently serving as Global Talent Acquisition Leader, BSO, where he built and scaled a high-performing global talent acquisition team supporting rapid growth in key markets including the US, India, Malaysia, Poland, and the Philippines. His leadership was instrumental in shaping CBRE’s recruitment operations and enhancing the company’s employer brand globally.
Prior to CBRE, Joe worked as an Executive HR and Talent Acquisition Consultant at GLG, where he advised senior leadership teams on scalable hiring strategies and people practices. His extensive experience also includes a six-year tenure at Marsh McLennan, where he served as Global Talent Acquisition Leader. There, he oversaw global TA operations spanning 45 countries, managing a $30M budget and over 20,000 annual hires while advancing analytics, workforce planning, and recruitment technology.
Earlier in his career, Joe led major HR and TA transformation efforts across 20 countries, serving as HR and TA Transformation Leader at Marsh McLennan. He also held senior leadership roles at NGA Human Resources, managing a $100M client portfolio, and at CA Technologies, where he served as Vice President, HR Operations & Programs, leading HR transformation strategy post-acquisition and overseeing a $50M global HR P&L.
