In her new role, Debbie will be responsible for crafting a scalable people strategy that fosters growth, fairness, and transparency while elevating the employee value proposition and aligning it closely with Catalyst’s innovation-driven mission.
Debbie T. most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources at Cutera, Inc., where she led a global HR team and was instrumental in executing key initiatives such as the implementation of a unified HRIS and Payroll platform, delivering $500K+ in savings. She also drove the launch of a holistic wellness program and introduced performance-driven engagement strategies. Prior to this, she held the position of Senior Director of Talent, overseeing large-scale talent acquisition and driving recruitment brand marketing, achieving a 50% rise in qualified candidate flow and significantly reducing time-to-fill metrics.
Before her tenure at Cutera, Debbie held the role of Director of Talent Acquisition at PetWell Partners, where she built the talent function from the ground up and rolled out strategic ATS and CRM systems. She also played a pivotal role in the rapid scaling efforts for a new product line, hiring over 250 employees in under a year. Earlier, at LivaNova, she led the global talent acquisition function, including managing RPO partnerships and executing the company’s Workday HCM and recruiting implementation, impacting HR operations across North America and Europe.
Debbie began her long-standing career in HR with Cyberonics (now part of LivaNova), where over 13 years she rose from Recruiter to Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition, leading international hiring programs, building TA centers of excellence, and delivering significant cost efficiencies through strategic process improvements and vendor partnerships.
