New York, United States, April 2025 – Olivia Heston has joined Spark Networks as the new Head of Talent Acquisition, where she will oversee the company’s global talent strategy and support its mission to connect millions of singles worldwide through its diverse portfolio of dating apps. Olivia brings with her a strong background in people strategy, recruiting, and HR partnerships, built over a decade of experience in fast-paced industries.
Prior to joining Spark Networks, Olivia worked independently as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, with a notable engagement at Maesa, where she drove key recruiting initiatives. Earlier, she was a People Partner at Octaura, leading strategic HR initiatives and fostering a collaborative people-first culture. Before Octaura, she spent nearly two years at Galaxy Digital as a People Partner and Talent Acquisition Specialist, playing a key role in scaling the organization during a period of rapid growth.
Earlier in her career, Olivia held roles at Beacon Hill Staffing Group as a Senior Consultant (Senior Recruiter) in the Human Resources Practice, and at Anchorage Capital Group in a Human Resources capacity, gaining strong experience in both recruitment operations and employee engagement. She also sharpened her early recruiting expertise at Glocap Search as a Recruiting Associate, supporting talent needs across financial and corporate services.
