Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States, April 2025 – Sunward has announced the appointment of Lily Currin as Director, Talent Acquisition and Training. In her expanded role, Lily will be responsible for overseeing recruitment strategies, workforce development initiatives, and training programs as Sunward continues to grow its footprint across New Mexico, California, and nationwide.
Prior to her new appointment, Lily Currin served as Director of Talent Acquisition at Sunward, where she played a key role in helping talented professionals find meaningful careers, contributing significantly to the organization’s rapid expansion and employer brand.
Before joining Sunward, Lily spent nearly 14 years at Rio Grande Credit Union, where she held pivotal roles including Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Human Resources. During her tenure, she led strategic workforce planning, organizational development, and HR operations, strengthening the organization’s HR function and aligning talent initiatives with business growth.
Lily’s educational background includes a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from The University of New Mexico and completion of the Western CUNA Management School program, further equipping her with the expertise to navigate complex talent management challenges in the financial services sector.
