Jakarta, Indonesia, May 2025 – Rizal B. has taken on the role of Head of Human Resources at PT. VIVO MOBILE INDONESIA, bringing over 15 years of HR leadership experience across diverse industries and multinational organizations. In his new role, Rizal is spearheading the strategic direction of the HR function, overseeing key areas such as talent acquisition, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, HRIS implementation, and regulatory compliance.
Prior to this appointment, Rizal served as Head of HR & GA at Hebe Beauty Indonesia, where he led both human resources and general affairs functions, including employee experience, organization design, diversity and inclusion, and people analytics. He was instrumental in aligning HR strategy with business objectives while managing all compliance and policy development processes.
Earlier, he worked as HRBP Manager at Xiaomi Indonesia, where he bridged HR strategy with operational execution, driving talent alignment and high-performance people practices. His prior role at PT. Vivo Communication Indonesia as Human Resources Manager further demonstrated his capability in employee engagement, employer branding, and strategic workforce planning.
Rizal’s professional journey also includes serving as Assistant Manager HR at Glodon Indonesia, Personal Assistant to the Vice President at JULONG GROUP INDONESIA, and HR Supervisor at GH EMM INDONESIA, PT, where he built foundational HR systems and government relations capabilities. He started his career in logistics with PT Lontar Papyrus Pulp & Paper Industry (APP Group), where he handled coordination for import-export operations and distribution logistics.
