Dallas, Texas, United States, May 2025 – Lisa Parker has been appointed as Vice President, Clinical Talent Acquisition at US Anesthesia Partners (USAP). In her new role, she will oversee national clinical recruitment strategies, playing a key role in driving growth across USAP’s network of over 5,000 clinical team members, and advancing its mission to enhance the patient experience through world-class anesthesia care.
Lisa Parker has been with US Anesthesia Partners for over five years, most recently serving as Senior Director of Clinical Recruitment. In this capacity, she led talent strategies for the organization’s expansive clinical workforce and made significant contributions in scaling USAP’s provider network across key markets. She also held roles as Director of Clinical Recruitment and Clinical Recruitment Program Manager, where she consistently delivered strategic hiring outcomes to support the company’s national expansion.
Before joining USAP, she served as International Physician Recruiter at Jiahui Health in Shanghai, where she focused on sourcing global medical talent for a leading healthcare provider in China. Her ability to navigate international recruitment landscapes broadened her strategic lens in physician engagement and onboarding.
Earlier, she held the role of Physician Recruiter at Envision Physician Services, building robust pipelines for clinical roles in the U.S. healthcare system. Prior to that, she worked as Director of Physician Relations and Recruitment at City of Hope, where she drove recruitment initiatives supporting the growth of one of the nation’s top cancer research and treatment centers.
Lisa also served in leadership roles at Merritt Hawkins, a division of AMN Healthcare, where she worked as In-House Director of Physician Recruitment and Relations Consultant and Senior Recruiting Consultant. Her early career included a stint as Event Director at Spirit Innovations, showcasing her experience in managing teams, logistics, and large-scale organizational coordination.
