Gurgaon, Haryana, India, May 2025 — Suraj Saharan, Co-Founder of Delhivery, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the company, effective May 2025, for a five-year term. This appointment marks a strategic step in reinforcing the company’s leadership structure as it continues to pursue innovation, profitability, and market leadership in the logistics and supply chain space.

A key architect of Delhivery’s evolution since its inception in 2011, Suraj Saharan has played a central role in transforming the company from a logistics startup into one of India’s most technologically advanced and fully integrated supply chain providers. His responsibilities have spanned operations, customer experience, and long-term business strategy—paving the way for Delhivery’s expansive capabilities in express parcel delivery, freight, warehousing, and cross-border logistics.

Before co-founding Delhivery, Suraj worked as a Consultant at Bain & Company, where he led strategy projects across sectors including consumer goods, telecom, healthcare, and industrials in India and the U.S. He also took a sabbatical to contribute to the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), supporting the Aadhaar initiative. He began his career with ICICI Lombard, gaining operational experience early in the financial services sector.

An alumnus of IIT Bombay with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Suraj is recognized for his executional rigor, strategic foresight, and deep understanding of India’s logistics challenges and opportunities. His presence on the board is expected to guide Delhivery’s next phase of growth and innovation, particularly in expanding supply chain digitization and service diversification.

Delhivery
Delhivery is India’s largest fully integrated logistics provider, offering express parcel, partial truckload (PTL), full truckload (FTL), warehousing, cross-border logistics, and tech-enabled supply chain solutions. With over 3 billion parcels shipped and logistics infrastructure spanning more than 18.8 million sq. ft., Delhivery powers supply chains for over 33,000 businesses across the country and globally.
