Louisville, Kentucky, United States, May 2025 – Kelly Sweasy has been elevated to the role of Vice President, Global People Delivery at Wiley, a global leader in research and learning. In his new position, Kelly will lead a global team of approximately 50 colleagues, including employee relations, regional people partners, people service center, and candidate experience teams. He will continue to collaborate closely with People Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to deliver people programs across Wiley’s 5,000+ employees in nearly 40 countries.
Kelly’s promotion reflects his proven leadership and strategic influence across multiple segments of the Wiley enterprise. In his previous role as Vice President, Global People Business Partner, he led HR support across corporate groups and talent segments including Wiley Edge, CrossKnowledge, and Everything DiSC. His work involved managing M&A activities and partnering with global leaders to drive organizational development and business transformation.
Before this, Kelly held several key HR leadership roles within Wiley Education Services, having led people strategy during rapid business growth and acquisition transitions. His earlier experiences include HR leadership at Papa John’s International, Humana, Learning House, and Citigroup, where he was known for his ability to align business and HR strategy at scale.
