Prior to joining Morrison, Susie served as the Chief People Officer at Pollination for nearly two years. In this role, she led the People and Culture function across diverse regions including Australia, the USA, EMEA, and Asia. She played a pivotal role in driving a comprehensive organizational re-structure to enhance commercial performance, aligning talent strategies with long-term business goals. She was instrumental in fostering a high-performance culture, rebuilding the People team globally, and was a key member of the Executive Committee.

Before that, Susie held several senior HR leadership positions at Uber over a span of more than six years. Her tenure included roles such as Human Resources Director for Uber and Uber Eats across APAC, Head of HR for ANZ, and HR Lead for North Asia and APAC. Her responsibilities covered a broad spectrum of strategic and operational HR leadership across countries like Japan, Korea, India, and Australia, supporting over 2,000 employees. Her leadership in developing the APAC Talent Value Proposition and driving significant cultural integration and employee engagement marked a transformative period for the company.

Earlier in her career, Susie held key HR leadership roles at Razorfish Australia and Ministry of Sound Australia, and also ran her own HR and coaching consultancy, working with major clients like QBE Insurance, Suncorp Group, and Yahoo!7. She also served as Human Resources Manager for Macquarie Group in the UK and Europe, where she established HR structures, managed cross-border compliance, and led regional recruitment and training strategies.

Susie’s career began in recruitment with TMP Worldwide and Accountancy Aid Australia, setting the foundation for a remarkable journey in human capital leadership. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Charles Sturt University, which adds depth to her people-centric leadership approach.
