Leicester, Leicestershire, United Kingdom, June 2025 – Katy Clarke has been appointed as Head of Talent at Capita, marking a significant career milestone in her 7+ year journey with the company. In this elevated role, Katy will lead Capita’s enterprise-wide talent strategy, ensuring the business continues to attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent across its diverse sectors.
Katy has been with Capita since 2018, progressing through key roles across recruitment and talent acquisition. Most recently, she served as Senior Talent Acquisition Manager on secondment, where she contributed to shaping strategic hiring processes and aligning them with Capita’s growth objectives. Prior to that, she was a Talent Acquisition Partner, leading recruitment initiatives and stakeholder engagement across business verticals.
Earlier, Katy led Senior Talent Recruitment for the British Army under Capita’s Defence division, managing complex recruitment mandates and bringing agility and innovation to talent sourcing within public service.
Before joining Capita, she worked as a Student Attraction and Outreach Officer at KPMG UK, where she drove early talent engagement and graduate program development across the Midlands. Her background also includes event management roles with Ashfield Meetings & Events, Thomson Reuters, and OLCS, showcasing her diverse experience across marketing, logistics, and public engagement.
Katy also held marketing planning roles at Avon, where she contributed to high-volume campaign strategies and financial tracking of key performance metrics.
