Oak Ridge, Tennessee, United States, June 2025 – ORNL Federal Credit Union has announced the appointment of Kim DiBello-Heintz as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With an extensive career in strategic human resources leadership across major financial services and media organizations, Kim will now lead the Credit Union’s human capital strategy, executive development, and culture transformation as it continues to grow its member base across East Tennessee.
In her role, Kim DiBello-Heintz will focus on optimizing talent development, strengthening the organization’s people-first culture, and supporting business objectives through agile HR practices and strategic workforce planning.
Before joining ORNL Federal Credit Union, Kim DiBello-Heintz spent over nine years with Clear Channel Outdoor, most recently serving as EVP & Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, she led all aspects of HR including organizational development, executive succession, and employee engagement, playing a central role in the company’s people strategy during a period of dynamic growth and transformation.
Prior to that, she held HR leadership positions at iHeartMedia, where she served as VP of Human Resources for over three years. There, she provided consultative HR support across domestic operations and Latin America, leading a team of HR professionals and delivering region-wide transformation in employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Kim also served as Sr. Director – HR at ADP TotalSource, where she was a strategic partner to the senior leadership of a high-growth business unit. Her contributions helped drive operational excellence and align HR with broader business goals in a fast-paced environment.
She began her career in international business, working as a Project Manager – International Sales at US Airways (now American Airlines), where she led initiatives focused on business expansion in Latin America. Her early exposure to cross-cultural business dynamics laid a strong foundation for her global HR perspective.
