Vadodara, Gujarat, India, June 2025 – Sachin Bordavekar has joined L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering Limited (LTEH) as Head of Human Resources Services. In his new role, Sachin is responsible for leading HR interface and employee experience for office-based employees of the services organization across five locations, ensuring a seamless and impactful people experience at LTEH.
Prior to his new appointment, Sachin served as HR Head at L&T Electrolysers Limited, where he played a critical role in overseeing HR strategies and people management at the Surat facility. Before this, he was Unit HR Head at Larsen & Toubro Defence, also based in Surat, where he led HR operations to support business growth and talent development.
Earlier in his career, Sachin was Head HR at L&T Howden, where he managed HR functions for more than five years in Faridabad, and previously held leadership roles in L&T POWER, serving as Head of Talent Acquisition and Head of Learning and Development in the Greater Vadodara Area. His extensive background also includes experience as Human Resources Manager at L&T-Sargent & Lundy Limited and a progression of HR roles at Larsen & Toubro, from Trainee to Executive, over an eight-year tenure.
