Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, June 2025 – Sourav Chatterjee has started a new position as Partner – India and Singapore at Stanton Chase India – Executive Search & Leadership Consultants. Based in Mumbai, he now leads executive search and leadership consulting across India and Singapore for the global Stanton Chase network.
Before joining Stanton Chase, Sourav served as Principal Consultant at Mercuri Urval for nearly two years, where he contributed to leadership consulting and executive search projects throughout India.
Previously, Sourav was Director at Options Group for more than five years in Mumbai. Options Group is recognized as a global retained executive search and strategic leadership consulting firm specializing in manufacturing, engineering, and financial services sectors. He played an integral role in client delivery and leadership search for top-tier clients.
Prior to that, Sourav worked as Client Partner at Cornerstone International Group in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area for close to four years, where he handled industry-focused executive search assignments and developed client relationships.
Earlier, he was associated with Alexander Hughes Executive Search Consultants as Client Partner – Industry for a year, and held the position of Head Business Development at Boyden Global Executive Search in Pune for five years. Sourav also served as GM – Engineering / Manufacturing at Cornerstone International Group earlier in his career.
