Charlotte Allen Appointed as Head of Emerging Talent Acquisition at RSM UK

Manchester, England, United Kingdom, June 2025 – Charlotte Allen has joined RSM UK as Head of Emerging Talent Acquisition, where she will lead the firm’s strategy for attracting and developing early careers talent across the UK. In this pivotal role, Charlotte is set to drive innovative recruitment initiatives, further strengthening RSM’s position as an employer of choice for graduates, apprentices, and emerging professionals.

Prior to joining RSM UK, Charlotte served as Head of Talent Acquisition at Forvis Mazars in the UK. During her time there, she led talent acquisition across the organization and earlier held the role of Senior Manager, Early Careers Talent Acquisition, developing scalable hiring solutions for entry-level roles during a period of organizational growth and transformation.

Previously, Charlotte was the UK Early Careers Talent Acquisition Manager at Slalom, a global consulting firm. There, she developed and executed early talent recruitment strategies that supported Slalom’s rapid expansion in the UK market and strengthened partnerships with leading academic institutions.

Charlotte’s career foundation was built during her extensive nine-year tenure at Deloitte, where she progressed through several roles, including Programme & Operations Lead – Early Careers Recruitment and Early Careers Recruitment Manager. At Deloitte, she managed national graduate and school recruitment programs, designed school outreach strategies, and drove improvements in operational efficiency for early careers pathways.

Earlier in her career, Charlotte held roles in graduate recruitment and admissions at Hogan Lovells and BPP, further enriching her understanding of the early careers landscape and talent pipeline development.
