In her expanded leadership role, Jenni will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources including employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, succession planning, operations, payroll, compliance, and diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives. Her strategic direction will be crucial as Zirous continues to foster a high-performance culture and drive organizational success.
Jenni brings over eight years of experience at Zirous, having risen through roles including Vice President of People & Culture, Director of Human Resources, and Human Resources Manager. Throughout her journey, she has played a pivotal part in transforming Zirous’s people practices, supporting talent growth, and building an inclusive workplace. Her expertise spans operations management, employee benefits, and talent strategy—making her well-suited to steer the company’s HR vision in a dynamic tech environment.
Before joining Zirous, Jenni served as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Marsh & McLennan Companies, where she provided strategic HR counsel to business leaders, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. She also managed human resources functions at Chest, Infectious Diseases & Critical Care Associates, P.C., ensuring compliance with state and federal employment laws and serving as the HIPAA Privacy Officer.
Earlier in her career, Jenni held HR leadership roles at Eyerly Ball Community Health Mental Services and GeoLearning, Inc., where she was instrumental in employee onboarding, benefits management, and policy development for not-for-profit and tech-driven organizations.
