This advancement is a testament to Amber’s long-standing contributions and deep expertise across HR functions in the insurance and financial services sector.
Amber has been with Bharti AXA Life Insurance for nearly 17 years, leading critical HR domains such as business partnering, organizational design, manpower planning, employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR operations. Her leadership has played a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s people strategy, driving workforce transformation, and supporting the company’s ongoing growth.
Prior to Bharti AXA Life Insurance, Amber was Manager Human Resource (North) at Tata Business Support Services Limited (now Conneqt Business Solutions), where she managed HR strategy and operations for the northern region, rolled out core development and engagement programs, and anchored OD interventions. Her experience also includes Assistant Manager – Corporate HR roles at ERA Group and Waldman Group, where she specialized in manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, statutory compliance, and community development initiatives.
Amber holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University, further underpinning her strong foundation in the HR domain. Her journey reflects a blend of hands-on HR expertise, strategic vision, and a passion for employee and organizational development.
