Heather brings a proven track record in people strategy and operational HR leadership across prominent companies in the UK’s industrial and automotive sectors.
Before joining Holcim UK, Heather was HR Business Partner at BMI Group (Roofing & Waterproofing), where she was responsible for delivering people strategy and operational HR initiatives that drove sustainable commercial value. During her tenure, she developed frameworks for leadership development and operational excellence, helping the business navigate industry shifts while maintaining a people-first approach.
Previously, Heather served as People Business Partner at Audi UK, designing and executing the people strategy across the Audi UK network. Her experience at Volkswagen Group UK Ltd as HR Manager further strengthened her expertise in aligning business goals with talent management and development, positioning her as a strategic partner to senior leadership.
Heather’s foundational years at BAE Systems—first as an HR Graduate and then as HR Advisor—enabled her to gain deep, hands-on exposure to talent management, performance management, and diversity & inclusion. Her early career also included an internship at Barclays Investment Bank, rounding out her comprehensive understanding of the broader HR landscape.
Heather’s broad experience in both operational and strategic HR roles positions her as a key leader for Holcim UK as the company continues to prioritize sustainable business growth, innovation in people practices, and a culture that values partnership and environmental stewardship.
