Krishnan Raghunathan Appointed as Chief Business Transformation Officer at WNS

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2025 – Krishnan Raghunathan has taken on the role of Chief Business Transformation Officer at WNS, marking a significant step in his career. In this role, he will be responsible for driving large-scale transformation initiatives and working closely with the Executive Management Council to develop new capabilities and technologies for the organization and its global clients.

Prior to this, Krishnan spent over seven years as Head of International Delivery and Finance & Accounting at WNS. He played a pivotal leadership role in managing the global Finance & Accounting business unit, overseeing strategy, capability development, and brand positioning. He was also responsible for all delivery locations outside India, managing operations, talent, local alliances, and P&L across multiple regions including the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Earlier, as Chief Capability Officer at WNS, he led capability creation across multiple domains, commercial solutions, project management, and business consulting, cementing his reputation as a transformation leader.

Before joining WNS, Krishnan held various senior roles at Genpact LLC for over nine years. He served as Vice President – Solutions & Practice, leading strategy and market-facing initiatives, and as Business Leader – Hospitality & Services, where he managed clients across four industry verticals, delivering strong business growth. He also served as VP – Global Operations Leader and Vice President F&A Solutions, where he built and managed global teams, set up large-scale operations, and contributed to the commercialization of Genpact’s captive business.

Krishnan’s earlier professional experience includes serving as Lead Professional Band at GE, where he was instrumental in streamlining global shared services operations, setting up new standards and policies, and supporting the transition of GE’s captive business to what is now Genpact. He also gained valuable expertise in accounting, audits, and regulatory affairs through roles at NM Raiji & Co and his own practice, serving major Indian and multinational clients.
