Dubai, United Arab Emirates, July 2025 – Ida Mozayani has taken on an expanded leadership role as Vice President, Talent and Business Operations at Bain & Company Middle East. In this new position, she will continue shaping talent strategy, HR, professional development, and staffing for the region—critical functions supporting Bain’s sustained growth across the Middle East.
Before her recent appointment, Ida Mozayani served for nearly eight years as Senior Director, Talent and Business Operations at Bain & Company, where she led all talent-related activities for the Middle East practice, including human resources, professional development, and staffing strategy.
Earlier in her career at Bain, she spent close to nine years as a Senior Manager (Consulting), working across Australia and the Middle East, where she played a pivotal role in delivering transformational results for Bain’s clients.
Prior to joining Bain, she interned at Citigroup as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst, gaining valuable experience in financial modeling and transaction support.
She began her professional journey as a Paralegal at Legal Aid Western Australia, while simultaneously pursuing her law degree. This foundational experience sharpened her advisory and analytical skills early on.
