Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2025 – Priyanka Karekar has rejoined Aptech Limited as Vice President – Human Resources, CSR, Career Services & Development. In her new role, she will spearhead the organization’s strategic HR initiatives, CSR programs, and career development services, contributing to Aptech’s continued growth and people-centric transformation.
Prior to this, Priyanka served as Talent Acquisition Lead – Corporate, Operations & Supply Chain at DMart – Avenue Supermarts Ltd., where she led hiring for critical verticals and worked closely with leadership to build robust sourcing strategies and strengthen the talent funnel for the organization’s dynamic retail operations.
Her earlier 15-year career at Aptech saw her rise through multiple strategic roles, culminating as Assistant Vice President – Head of Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience & HR Operations. During this tenure, she was instrumental in shaping and executing HR strategy, overseeing end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives. Prior to this, as General Manager & Head of Talent Acquisition, she led workforce planning, diversity hiring, metrics-based recruitment strategies, and talent pipelining across multiple business units.
Before that, she held various leadership roles in Aptech, including Manager, Deputy Manager, and Assistant Manager, where she handled campus hiring, employee engagement, talent and performance management, and CSR programs. Her earlier career included roles at MetLife and Sunrise HR, where she contributed in HR generalist and executive HR capacities.
Priyanka holds a Management Development Program certification from IIM Kozhikode and a PGDHRM in Human Resources from K.C. College of Management.
