New York, United States, July 2025 – Jean Jacques has taken on a new role as Senior Director, People Business Partner at Real Chemistry, a company known for using AI-powered, idea-driven healthcare experiences to transform the future of healthcare. In this new position, Jean will be responsible for aligning talent strategies with business goals, enhancing employee experience, and partnering with business leaders to drive performance and inclusion across the organization.
Jean joins Real Chemistry after approximately three years at WPP, where he served as SVP Talent Lead and Global Client People Lead. He was instrumental in launching WPP’s Healthcare Marketing Certificate Program in partnership with NYU, the Global Oncology Academy training program, and played a central role in defining talent pathways and development for WPP Health. His innovative use of AI tools to optimize training and reduce vendor costs set benchmarks across the organization.
Prior to WPP, Jean was VP, Organizational Development and HR at Gadge USA for about two and a half years, where he worked closely with leadership to scale people strategies and transition key HR systems. His work included executive coaching and benefits transformation initiatives.
Earlier, Jean held the role of VP, Talent at Elephant, and before that, he spent approximately three and a half years at FCB New York as Director, Talent and Culture. At FCB, he built high-performing teams, led the annual talent review and succession planning, and coached senior executives across the global network.
Jean’s earlier experience includes over six years at Wieden+Kennedy as HR Director, where he drove strategic culture change, talent acquisition, and people development initiatives. He began his career as a Recruiter at The Harper Group, focusing on full-cycle hiring within the creative and fashion sectors.
He holds an MBA from Baruch College.
