Pune, Maharashtra, India, July 2025 – Paramjit Singh Chadha has joined ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India Limited as Managing Director and Senior Vice President of the ZF CVS Division in India, effective July 1, 2025. With an illustrious career spanning nearly 38 years across globally renowned automotive companies, Paramjit brings extensive leadership experience, strategic foresight, and deep domain knowledge to drive ZF’s next chapter of growth and operational excellence in India.
Prior to joining ZF, Paramjit Singh Chadha served as Group President (Operations) and Advisor at the ADM Group for about a year, where he offered operational and strategic guidance, building upon his longstanding reputation for driving performance transformation in the automotive sector.
Previously, Paramjit spent close to eight years at Knorr-Bremse Systems for Commercial Vehicles India Pvt Ltd as Managing Director, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint and operational efficiency across India’s commercial vehicle segment.
Before that, he was associated with Continental Automotive Brake Systems (India) Pvt Ltd for over five years, holding positions such as Managing Director and Vice President – Sales, Purchase & Quality Control. He led critical functions including business planning, localization strategies, vendor development, and operational excellence for exponential growth.
Earlier in his career, Paramjit held senior roles at organizations like Rico Auto Industries, Bosch Chassis Systems India (formerly Kalyani Brakes), and The East India Hotels Ltd (Oberoi Group). His two-decade-long leadership at Bosch included setting up multiple greenfield projects, spearheading supply chain initiatives, and integrating lean manufacturing principles. His journey began with Maruti Suzuki India Limited, where he spent over eight years managing product costing, new product development, and vendor negotiations.
