In his new role, Sagar will lead Greenhouse’s technology vision, product development, and platform strategy as the company continues to innovate the way organizations hire talent.

Before joining Greenhouse, Sagar was Head of Engineering for PayPal Credit Cards & Line of Credit, where he led engineering for high-volume financial products with global reach. His tenure was marked by the successful rollout of new credit offerings and modernization of legacy systems through event-driven architectures and CI/CD automation.
Previously, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Ampla (acquired by FundThrough), where he scaled the engineering organization during a volatile period in fintech, led product and platform development, and worked directly with the board on M&A strategy. He also held leadership roles as Vice President of Engineering at Lunchbox, VP of Engineering at BlackRock, and mentor positions at First Round Fast Track and Plato, supporting emerging engineering leaders.
