With extensive experience across diverse industries, Deepak brings a wealth of expertise in HR management, industrial relations, recruitment, and strategic policy implementation.

Prior to joining SS Innovations, Deepak served as Human Resources Manager at QMD – Degania | Biometrix | Arthesys for over three years, managing HR operations and employee engagement at the Manesar facility. Before that, he was Head of Human Resources at U Foods India Pvt. Ltd., where he managed plant and sales HR functions for over 400 employees.

Earlier, Deepak held the role of Deputy General Manager HR at Huf India Private Limited, overseeing HR and administration for the plant and global design center. At Rane NSK Steering Systems Private Limited, he managed industrial relations, union handling, and plant administration as Plant Human Resources Manager.

His previous experience includes senior HR leadership roles at Padmini VNA Mechatronics Limited, Posco India Delhi Steel Processing Centre, and Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, where he specialized in strategic HR, statutory compliance, and union negotiations.

Deepak’s early career includes HR and administrative positions at Daikin Airconditioning India Pvt. Ltd., Maruti Suzuki India Limited, and Electrolux Kelvinator Limited, where he gained experience in greenfield projects, statutory compliance, and performance management systems.
