Gurugram, Haryana, India, July 2025 – Karandeep Singh Duggal has taken on a new leadership role as Region Head – Central India at Reckitt, a global consumer health and hygiene company. In this newly appointed role, he leads Reckitt’s strategic business operations across Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, and Gujarat, overseeing all channel functions including General Trade, Modern Trade, E-commerce, and Cash & Carry. Karandeep is now part of Reckitt’s India Sales Leadership Team, responsible for driving sustainable growth across categories and channels while managing a large-scale workforce of over 120 Reckitt employees, 194 distributors, and 800+ field personnel.
Prior to this, Karandeep Singh Duggal spent approximately five years at Unilever, where he most recently served as Consumer Cluster Head (Sales Director) for Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, J&K, and Uttarakhand. He led a $600 million business, overseeing a complex network of 260 distributors and 2 lakh+ outlets. Under his leadership, the cluster achieved over 10% YoY growth for four consecutive years and saw significant market share gains. He was recognized as one of HUL’s CD Top 50 Leaders and known for his innovative GTM strategies during crises like COVID and floods. His tenure was also marked by a stellar 97% team engagement score—among the highest in Unilever.
Before Unilever, Karandeep spent over eight years with GSK Consumer Healthcare, where he rose through the ranks in various marketing and innovation roles. As Senior Marketing Manager – Innovations, he led the largest-ever launch for GSK Consumer Healthcare—Active Horlicks—and was accountable for over 80% of innovation sales in the Family Nutrition business. He also managed the Horlicks High Science Nutrition portfolio, driving high double-digit growth and leading award-winning digital campaigns and product launches across pediatric nutrition.
Karandeep began his journey with GSK as a Key Accounts Manager, later becoming a Senior Brand Manager and eventually managing strategic food portfolios. His marketing leadership drove successful brand transformations, including Horlicks Biscuits, Foodles, and Horlicks Oats. Several of his campaigns, such as #OathToHealth, were nationally recognized and won accolades at Big Bang Awards and GoaFest.
Earlier in his career, Karandeep spent over two years at H.J. Heinz Company starting as a Management Trainee and then as Area Sales Manager for South Bengal. He was instrumental in managing frontline sales operations and team development, laying the foundation for his future leadership journey in FMCG.
