La Porte, Texas, United States, August 2025 — Total Safety has appointed Erin Cohen as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In her new role, Cohen will lead the company’s global HR strategy, focusing on talent development, workforce engagement, and aligning people initiatives with Total Safety’s mission to deliver integrated safety and compliance solutions worldwide.
Cohen has been with Total Safety for more than six years, most recently serving as Director, North America HR Field Support, where she oversaw HR operations across multiple sites, developed employee engagement programs, and supported leadership teams in strengthening workforce capabilities. She also concurrently held the role of Director, USA HR Field Support, ensuring operational alignment and compliance with workforce policies and programs.
Before joining Total Safety, Cohen was HR Manager at Airgas On-Site Safety Services, Inc., where she played a key role in recruitment, employee relations, and workforce development across the organization’s operations.
Earlier in her career, she held leadership and operational roles at ABM Industries as Senior Operations Coordinator and at Industrial Security Services Corporation, where she served as Vice President for over 12 years and Human Resources Manager for six years, overseeing HR strategy, compliance, and business operations.
