Gurugram, Haryana, India, August 2025 – Manu Sharma has joined Anadrone Systems Pvt Ltd as Head of Human Capital. In his new role, he will lead the company’s people strategy, driving talent acquisition, workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational culture initiatives, aligning with Anadrone’s commitment to innovation and excellence in unmanned systems technology.
Before joining Anadrone Systems, Manu served for nearly eight years at Hero Electric Vehicles Pvt Ltd, where he progressed through senior HR leadership roles, including AVP – HR and General Manager Human Resources. During his tenure, he spearheaded HR strategies for organizational development, talent management, and culture building, alongside leading high-impact initiatives such as skill development programs, government policy advocacy, and employee wellness frameworks.
Previously, Manu held the role of Director – Corporate Affairs at the Society of Manufacturers of Electric Vehicles (SMEV) for over seven years. Here, he played a pivotal role in policy advocacy for India’s electric mobility sector, engaging with government bodies on initiatives like the FAME scheme and the National Electric Mobility Mission Plan (NEMMP), and contributing to shaping the EV landscape in India.
Earlier in his career, Manu worked for more than nine years with Hero Electric, holding key HR leadership roles including Deputy General Manager – HR, AGM – HR, and Manager – HR, where he managed HR operations, departmental strategy, and workforce engagement. His work was instrumental in building strong HR processes and fostering a high-performance culture across the organization.
Manu began his professional journey with Hero Exports, Hero ITES, and Hero Cycles Ltd, accumulating over seven years of foundational HR and administration experience. These early roles laid the groundwork for his strong capabilities in human resources, corporate governance, and organizational development.
