Denver, Colorado, United States, August 2025 – Lennart Moche has started a new position as Vice President, Human Resources at EchoStar Corporation, a global leader in satellite communications. In his new role, Lennart will lead EchoStar’s human resources strategy, focusing on talent development, organizational effectiveness, cultural transformation, and people-centered innovation across the corporation’s global operations.
Prior to joining EchoStar, Lennart served as HR Leader at RingCentral, where he supported key people initiatives during a pivotal growth phase of the company. His time at RingCentral further sharpened his focus on scalable HR operations and agile organizational development.
He spent more than 22 years at Comcast, culminating in his role as Vice President of Human Resources. At Comcast, Lennart provided strategic HR leadership to the CXSO business unit, overseeing end-to-end HR functions including compensation, talent development, workforce planning, DE&I, performance management, and organizational design.
Prior to that, he held progressively senior roles including Executive Director of HR, where he led the integration of newly acquired business units, Senior Director, Director, Senior HR Manager, and HR Manager, managing teams, budgets, compliance, talent, and culture across various departments and geographies. His legacy at Comcast includes designing innovative HR programs, leading strategic workforce transformations, and building future-ready HR capabilities.
Earlier in his career, Lennart was an HR Generalist at AT&T Broadband, where he supported compliance, hiring, and onboarding processes while working across multiple HR functions. His journey from generalist to VP highlights his steady rise through experience, innovation, and leadership in the HR domain.
