Having previously served as Group Director of Operations, Jason played a central role in shaping commercial strategy and enhancing performance across a diverse portfolio, including highways and fleet services. By working in close partnership with operational teams, he drove meaningful improvements, streamlining services, strengthening compliance, and building trusted relationships that deliver lasting value for clients and communities.
As Group Chief Operating Officer, Jason will lead service delivery across the Group. His focus will be on bringing greater consistency to how we operate, supporting our joint ventures to succeed, and continuing to raise standards while keeping people and communities at the centre of everything we do.
