United States, August 2025 — Parker Phillips has been elevated to Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at InStride Health, a leading specialty outpatient provider for pediatric anxiety and OCD. As CTO and one of the organization’s early team members, he will continue to expand and scale the technical foundation he built, ensuring that AI, product, engineering, design, IT, data, and security functions evolve in lockstep with InStride’s clinical model.
In his new role, Parker will drive the next phase of InStride’s AI and data capabilities, deepen the digital care platform, and strengthen infrastructure to deliver high-quality, tech-enabled care at scale—while ensuring that innovation enhances access and efficiency without compromising clinical excellence.
At InStride Health, Parker has steadily advanced through technology leadership roles over the past four years. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Technology, following earlier promotions as VP of Technology, VP of Engineering, and Director of Engineering. In each role, he has been instrumental in building scalable digital systems that support the company’s growth and patient-first mission.
Before joining InStride, Parker worked at Commure for nearly three years, first as a Full Stack Engineer and later as Engineering Manager, contributing to health technology platforms aimed at transforming care delivery.
Earlier in his career, he spent over three years at Palantir Technologies, where he served as a Quality Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, and Full Stack Software Engineer, gaining valuable expertise in building secure, data-driven systems. His professional journey also includes a consulting role at Akiona Technologies LLC, where he developed predictive modeling systems, and a volunteer experience with Quetzaltrekkers León in Nicaragua, where he applied both leadership and analytical skills.
