Since joining the firm in 2022, Avantika has played a key role in shaping Khaitan & Co’s public relations and communications strategy, contributing significantly to its brand leadership and positioning in the legal services industry.
Prior to her tenure at Khaitan & Co, Avantika spent nearly nine years at EY, where she held the role of Associate Director – Marketing & Communications for the Forensic & Integrity Services division. In this capacity, she developed and executed communications strategies that enhanced EY’s reputation and visibility across India’s consulting and professional services landscape.
Before EY, Avantika worked at Text100 (now Archetype) as an Account Manager, overseeing communication programs for global technology and consulting brands. Her work spanned narrative development, media outreach, executive profiling, and reputation management.
With over 17 years of experience across consulting, IT-ITeS, enterprise tech, venture capital, entrepreneurship, and advertising, Avantika brings a rich and diverse communications background to her role.
