United Kingdom, September 2025 – Mizaic has appointed Jamie Hall as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In this role, Hall will oversee all commercial activities, drive strategic initiatives to position Mizaic as a market leader in the NHS, and collaborate with the Senior Leadership team to strengthen product offerings and customer engagement. His appointment underscores Mizaic’s commitment to expanding its market presence and accelerating year-on-year revenue growth.
Hall has been part of Mizaic for nearly eight years, progressively rising through leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Commercial Lead for over two years, where he directed commercial operations and supported the digital transformation of the NHS, particularly through enhancing patient information management. Prior to that, as Head of Sales for four years, he was instrumental in helping Mizaic achieve significant growth and positioning MediViewer as the number one EDMS system in the healthcare sector.
Before joining Mizaic, Hall served as National Account Director at IMMJ Systems for nearly two years. In this capacity, he led sales operations, account management, marketing, and contributed to product development planning. He played a vital role in the rollout of MediViewer™ and worked closely with healthcare professionals to deliver digital transformation in clinical record management.
Earlier, Hall worked with Civica for more than four years as Health Account Director, where he specialized in implementing EDRMS, scanning, and digital transformation solutions across NHS trusts in the UK. His tenure included significant contract wins and writing business cases that delivered millions in ROI for acute trusts. He also held roles at ScanDox Limited, Microformat (UK) Limited, MTI Technology, and Crescendo Systems Corporation, contributing to his extensive experience in healthcare technology, sales, and business development.
Hall began his career as a Recruitment Consultant at Connections Recruitment Ltd (A Yoh Company), which gave him early exposure to client relationship management and business growth. Alongside his corporate journey, he continues to serve as a Parent Governor at Birchington Church of England Primary School, supporting digital technology initiatives and school development programs.
