Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, United States, September 2025 – Shauna Jamison has stepped into the role of SVP, Chief People Officer – Americas at DSV – Global Transport and Logistics, where she will lead human resources strategies across the Americas region. In this key leadership role, she will focus on people development, talent strategy, and organizational transformation in alignment with DSV’s global commitment to excellence and sustainability.
Before joining DSV, Shauna Jamison served for approximately three years at DB Schenker as Chief People Officer, Region Americas, where she was responsible for a wide array of HR functions including talent management, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and employee engagement, contributing to strategic HR direction across the region.
Prior to that, she worked at USA Truck, Inc. as Senior Vice President & Chief People Officer, where she played a pivotal role in aligning people strategy with the company’s broader business transformation initiatives. Her short yet impactful tenure of approximately nine months included building leadership pipelines and enhancing workforce planning.
Jamison spent over two decades at Walmart, where she rose through the ranks across various HR roles. Her journey culminated in her role as Senior Director of Human Resources for Walmart Transportation, following her earlier assignments as HR Director – US Supply Chain, HR Business Partner for Walmart Merchandising, and Senior Manager in Talent Development and Delivery. Across her 22-year tenure, she consistently contributed to leadership development, operational effectiveness, and learning architecture through the Walmart Academy and other platforms.
Earlier in her career, she held foundational HR and customer-facing roles at Walmart stores, as well as regional and corporate training positions that honed her expertise in people development and operations support.
Shauna holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University, equipping her with a strong foundation in behavioral science and organizational effectiveness.
