Cambridge, England, United Kingdom, September 2025 — Amanda Miller has been appointed as Chief People Officer at Xaar, where she will lead the company’s people strategy, focusing on talent development, employee engagement, and culture transformation as Xaar continues to expand its global presence in industrial inkjet technology.
Miller brings more than three decades of human resources leadership, with deep expertise across manufacturing, technology, publishing, pharmaceuticals, and consulting. Her career is distinguished by her ability to support organizations of varying sizes and sectors through transformative HR strategies, leadership development, and workforce alignment with business goals.
Most recently, Miller worked as an Independent HR Consultant through Miller Consultants, where for over 24 years she partnered with a wide range of organizations including Penna, Cambridge University Press and Assessment, AIXTRON Ltd, AIXTRON SE, Dow Chemical Corporation, Low Associates Brussels, Sanofi, Agfa, Nonacus, and IAR Systems, among others. Through this extensive consulting career, she helped organizations design and execute robust HR frameworks, implement change management initiatives, and build resilient teams.
Before her consulting career, she served as Head of HR at Danaher Corporation, where she oversaw HR operations across business units and played a critical role in aligning HR practices with the company’s growth trajectory. Earlier, she was HR Manager at The Dow Chemical Company, responsible for leading HR initiatives at both the head office and manufacturing sites, where she developed a strong grounding in HR operations, employee relations, and organizational development.
Miller’s diverse career journey equips her with the expertise to lead people strategy in a fast-evolving, technology-driven industry. At Xaar, she is expected to strengthen workforce capabilities, foster innovation through people-centric leadership, and ensure the company remains an employer of choice in the global industrial printing sector.
